Common questions

Is Gradwalk free?

Yes. Using Gradwalk, building your shortlist, applying through it and getting help with an education loan cost you nothing. You pay only if you choose a paid service: visa filing help, English test classes or mock interview sessions. Application fees, deposits and tuition are paid directly to the university.

When should I start applying?

Ideally 8–12 months before your intake, so there is time for exams, applications and the visa.

Do I need IELTS?

Most universities ask for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo. Some accept other proof of English. Each program page shows what it accepts.

Can I get an education loan?

Yes. Gradwalk helps you compare partner banks and lenders and prepare your loan application, free of charge.

Do I apply to universities myself?

Yes. You choose your universities, start each application from your shortlist and upload your documents to its checklist. Your application is delivered to the university, and you see every update on your dashboard: documents received, anything pending, and your offer.

Do I file my visa myself?

Yes. You fill in and submit your visa application yourself, following a step-by-step guide for your country. If you would like an expert to check your file before you submit, you can choose the paid visa filing help.

What does my guide do?

Your guide answers your questions, checks your documents when you ask, and reminds you before deadlines. The choices are yours: which universities, which offer, and when to apply.
